Using outdated standard operating procedures, lessons learned, and risk assessments when planning the next job reduces efficiency.
It's time to move on from everyone having "their own way" of doing things.
To stay competitive, energy companies must adopt technology that enable faster decisions, real-time optimization, and smarter use of resources. IDEX helps you plan and operate more efficiently—while reducing risk and environmental impact.
We understand the challenges well engineers have in terms of automating manual processes and access to real-time data. It's time to make some fundamental changes to your workflows to benefit from the latest available technology.

Using outdated standard operating procedures, lessons learned, and risk assessments when planning the next job reduces efficiency.
It's time to move on from everyone having "their own way" of doing things.
Failing to use the latest work instructions or not updating the plan to reflect actual operational processes, will lead to inefficient operations, and increased risk.
By ensuring that everyone is always using the latest plan, IDEX mitigates that risk.
Daily reporting, post job reviewing and KPI tracking has historically been a very manual and time consuming process, prone to errors.
Integration with common corporate well management systems ensures that all new data is captured automatically.
IDEX Solutions
From planning to execution and post-job analysis, IDEX brings your entire workflow into one connected platform. Create the job plan, share it seamlessly with operations as live work instructions, and capture insights when the job is done to continuously improve your performance.
IDEX Planner uses standard templates and references standard operating procedures to make sure your well engineers are equipped with the right information to create the best plan every time.
All plans are created using the latest corporately approved template and by accessing approved procedures for operational tasks from your custom library.
As a key member of the team, you will be notified about all of the actions that you are required to attend to, in order that the plan may progress.
To make a planning tool like this really sing, it is important that you don’t have to manually duplicate data that is already stored in the corporate datastores. IDEX is always integrated with these key repositories so that your plan is automatically populated with all key data.
You will be guided through actions that need to be completed before approval is sought for any plan. These are role based dependent on the team setup.
Once all of the teams actions are completed, approvals are requested from the appropriate level from within the Planner app and can be granted there too.
All members of the team work together on the same live plan at all times. This can include your service company partners to ensure that a complete set of instructions is being created for the operations team offshore.
IDEX Performer generates detailed work instructions automatically from the approved plan in IDEX Planner, creating a seamless link between the office and rig.
Performer is fully integrated with Planner to ensure that your operations team is included in the plan from the start. When a plan is approved by the planning team, a detailed set of steps forming the initial work instructions is provided to the operations team to complete the job.
Writing a set of notes as the job progresses is a thing of the past. All operational steps are automatically recorded by Performer to allow you to focus on the job at hand.
IDEX is configured to track all operations and report against KPIs as a job progresses. Writing a morning report is no longer required as all team members can access the required information at any time. When you need to complete a statutory report, that’s taken care of too.
You will be guided through all operational steps with reference to the approved company best practices.
Any alterations that you have to make to the plan, whether related to equipment issues or well conditions, need to be recorded. Performer updates the plan to make sure there is a full and accurate record of the 'as performed' state.
For many operations, real-time data regardless of system is key information for both the operations team offshore and the wellsite engineers back in the office. A shared view of real-time data is critical for key decision making during execution.
To drive continuous improvement, you need to be able to review performance on every job, easily. Having the plan, the data and the goals together on the IDEX Collaboration platform creates a perfect environment to conduct your After Action Reviews (AAR) and Post Job Reports.
